How It Works

1. Browse our profiles, extrusions, or sheet products and use the Cutting Optimiser tool — available on collection and product pages — to enter your required lengths or sheet dimensions (e.g., 500x500mm)
2. The optimiser automatically selects the most suitable stock length or sheet size and minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your cuts
3. The cutting service charge is automatically added to your cart — no need to add it manually
4. Our team will cut your order to size before dispatch

What to Expect

• All cuts are square — we specialise in straight, square cuts only
• Cuts are made to your specified dimensions with professional-grade equipment
• This charge covers the labour cost of cutting — it applies per order or per cut depending on complexity

Turnaround Time

Cutting is typically completed same day at our Hallam, Melbourne facility. For large or complex orders, our team may contact you to confirm specifications before cutting.
