Shipping Policy – All Aluminium Pty Ltd

All Aluminium Pty Ltd offers warehouse pickup and Melbourne metro delivery for aluminium products purchased through our online store.

Pickup

Orders can be collected from our warehouse at: 10 Eastlink Drive, Hallam VIC 3803

Pickup hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm. Closed weekends.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Please ensure appropriate transport and load restraints are provided for long lengths and heavy items.

Delivery – Melbourne Metro

We offer delivery within Melbourne metropolitan areas. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on material length, order weight, delivery location and access requirements.

Order Preparation & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated timeframes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order type. The earliest available date shown reflects the minimum preparation time required.

As a general guide: standard mill finish or clear anodised orders from 3 business days; cut to size orders from 4 business days; custom powder coat orders from 3 weeks. Dates shown at checkout are estimates only. In the event of unexpected delays we will contact you directly.

Cut to Size Orders

Orders requiring cutting or fabrication will be assessed after payment is received. For complex cutting jobs or large quantities, we may request confirmation of measurements before cutting begins. Cut to size material cannot be returned — please ensure measurements are confirmed before ordering.

Regional & Interstate Orders

At this stage, we do not offer automated interstate shipping through the website. Customers outside Melbourne metro may contact us at sales@allaluminium.com.au to arrange freight.

Delivery Conditions

Someone must be present to accept delivery unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure safe and clear access for unloading. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect goods upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
