How long are your lead times?
Mill finish and stocked colours are typically ready in 1–3 days. Custom powder-coat finishes are made to order, usually 2–3 weeks.
Do you cut to size, and what does it cost?
Yes. Up to 3 cuts are free, then $1 per additional cut. Add your cut lengths in the message or on the product's 'Order cut to size' option.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Absolutely — add items to your cart, then use 'Add my cart to this enquiry' below and we'll send back a formal quote.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Pickup is available from our Hallam warehouse. We also deliver across metro Melbourne — tell us your suburb for a delivery quote.
