OVERVIEW

Welcome to the All Aluminium online store. "We", "us" and "our" refer to All Aluminium (AUST) Pty Ltd (ABN 76 648 927 217). By visiting, interacting with or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

We supply aluminium extrusions, flat sheet, plate, rod, tube and related products. Actual colour and finish may vary from on-screen representations. Product dimensions are nominal and may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances. Stock availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Payment is captured at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order for any reason. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued. Once cutting, fabrication or powder coating has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you if an order was placed at an incorrect price.

SECTION 5 – CUT TO SIZE SERVICE

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Cut to size material cannot be returned or refunded unless deemed faulty or incorrectly cut. A cutting tolerance of ±2mm applies. Kerf loss of up to 6mm per cut should be allowed for. Cutting is charged on a per-product basis, as the labour and tooling required vary by material and profile; the applicable cutting charge for your item is calculated and shown before you place your order. Cut edges are left unfinished and may be sharp. Where a pre-finished product (powder coated or anodised) is cut, the cut ends will show bare aluminium.

SECTION 6 – POWDER COAT AND CUSTOM FINISHES

Custom powder coat and made-to-order finish orders cannot be returned or refunded once processing has commenced. Colour matching is not guaranteed. Lead time for custom powder coat is approximately 2–3 weeks and is an estimate only.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery is available within the Melbourne metropolitan area only. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. A restocking fee of 15% applies to eligible change of mind returns. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials on this website — including its text, images, product photography, graphics, layout and design, as well as the underlying source code, software, scripts, tools, calculators and algorithms (including our cut-to-size optimisation and pricing tools), and the selection, arrangement and compilation of our product, specification and pricing data — are the intellectual property of All Aluminium (AUST) Pty Ltd or its licensors, and are protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and other applicable Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the website for the purpose of browsing and placing genuine orders as a customer. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, translate, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the website or its content without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 10 – ACCEPTABLE USE, NO AUTOMATED ACCESS & NO REVERSE ENGINEERING

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any other person or system acting on your behalf to:

(a) use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access, monitor, index, harvest, extract or copy any part of the website, its content, or our product, specification or pricing data, except for standard search-engine indexing that we have not blocked;

(b) collect, aggregate, republish, resell or otherwise commercially exploit our product listings, specifications, prices, or the compilation of that data, whether manually or by automated means, including for the purpose of price comparison, competitive benchmarking, or building a competing database or service;

(c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of any software, tool, calculator or algorithm made available through the website, except to the limited extent that this prohibition is not permitted by law;

(d) copy, adapt or reuse our website code, scripts, styling or design in any other website, application or product;

(e) frame, mirror, or embed any part of the website on another site without our prior written consent;

(f) interfere with, place an unreasonable load on, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems, or circumvent any security or access-control measure; or

(g) use the website or any content in any way that breaches these Terms or any applicable law.

We may monitor use of the website and may restrict, suspend or block access (including by IP address or network) where we reasonably suspect a breach of this section. This section survives termination of your access to, or use of, the website.

SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

All Aluminium Store is powered by Shopify. Any sales are made directly with All Aluminium (AUST) Pty Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and All Aluminium Store. You expressly release Shopify from all claims arising from your transactions with All Aluminium Store.

SECTION 12 – PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER

To the extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties beyond those required under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 14 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased.

SECTION 15 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

SECTION 16 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
