OVERVIEW

Welcome to the All Aluminium online store. "We", "us" and "our" refer to All Aluminium (AUST) Pty Ltd (ABN 76 648 927 217). By visiting, interacting with or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

We supply aluminium extrusions, flat sheet, plate, rod, tube and related products. Actual colour and finish may vary from on-screen representations. Product dimensions are nominal and may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances. Stock availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Payment is captured at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order for any reason. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued. Once cutting, fabrication or powder coating has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you if an order was placed at an incorrect price.

SECTION 5 – CUT TO SIZE SERVICE

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Cut to size material cannot be returned or refunded unless deemed faulty or incorrectly cut. A cutting tolerance of ±2mm applies. Kerf loss of up to 6mm per cut should be allowed for. Additional cuts beyond those included are charged at $1.00 per cut.

SECTION 6 – POWDER COAT AND CUSTOM FINISHES

Custom powder coat and made-to-order finish orders cannot be returned or refunded once processing has commenced. Colour matching is not guaranteed. Lead time for custom powder coat is approximately 2–3 weeks and is an estimate only.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery is available within the Melbourne metropolitan area only. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. A restocking fee of 15% applies to eligible change of mind returns. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website is owned by All Aluminium (AUST) Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

All Aluminium Store is powered by Shopify. Any sales are made directly with All Aluminium (AUST) Pty Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and All Aluminium Store. You expressly release Shopify from all claims arising from your transactions with All Aluminium Store.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

SECTION 12 – DISCLAIMER

To the extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties beyond those required under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 13 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased.

SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

SECTION 15 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
