Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be confident in every order placed with All Aluminium. Because most of our products are cut, folded, powder coated, or otherwise made to order, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods you receive from us are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for the purpose we agreed, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair as required by law. We honour these rights regardless of the rest of this policy.
Custom and made-to-order items (cannot be returned)
The following items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or do not match what you ordered:
- Aluminium cut to size (any product cut to a length other than the standard full length)
- Powder coated items (any custom or stocked colour)
- Folded items
- Drilled, machined, or otherwise processed items
- Any item made or modified to your specifications
This is because these items cannot be resold once made. Please double-check your dimensions, colours, and specifications before confirming your order.
Stocked items in original condition (returnable within 7 days)
For uncut, unmodified, full-length stocked products, you may return them within 7 days of pickup or delivery if you change your mind, provided:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item is returned with all original packaging and labelling
- You contact us in writing first to obtain a return authorisation
A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Return shipping or transport costs are the customer's responsibility.
How to request a return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@allaluminium.com.au or call (03) 8725 0851.
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue or reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days confirming whether the return is approved and providing return instructions.
- Return the items to our warehouse: 10 Eastlink Drive, Hallam VIC 3803.
Returns sent without prior written approval cannot be accepted.
How refunds are processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Card payments: refund to the same card. Allow 3–5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Bank transfers / EFT: refund to the bank account from which payment was made.
- Account customers: refund applied as credit on your next invoice, or refunded by EFT on request.
If your return is for a faulty or incorrect item, the original shipping or delivery cost will also be refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an item that doesn't match your order:
- Contact us immediately — within 14 days of receipt at the latest.
- Send photos of the damage or the incorrect item along with your order number.
- We will arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund at our expense.
For damaged-in-transit items, please note: if our carrier has been signed for “received in good condition,” we may be limited in what we can claim from them. Inspect goods before signing where possible.
